Black Lightning- Not yet on the Netflix site, but previews are streaming is DC Comic’s Black Lightning – Cress Williams is Black Lightning, a retired superhero with the ability to control electricity playing his own Principal Clark to a highschool… reality is shocking enough, those teens are in for a rude awakening…. (shuffle feet, shock the viewer) …who squeezes his dad bod back into some spanx when his daughter and star student are being recruited by some local thugs. Unlike Netflix Originals like Luke Cage, and the Defenders, which create a finite world where an invisible backdrop on the city creates a comic book panel effect for the comic book truist; Black Lightning pulls the reality of the world into the milieu, and a more digital-shot-by-someone-who-never-shot-on-film-or-used- creative blocking-for –effect

Dirty Money -  If you thought the fake news was making things up about the gopher in charge, the caddyshack of commentaries is hot with a new series looking at the corruption and greed which fuel the guys at the top and raise your taxes…. From payday loans designed to fail with 800% interest to reneging on contracts to smaller business owners  Dirty Money airs more  garbage than Love&HipHop starting January 26.
